🚚  Shipping Timeframes

Our current shipping timeframe is 10–18 business days ( could be less time) , depending on USPS and delivery service performance in your area.

We totally get the excitement — you hit “Complete Order” and immediately wonder “Where’s my package?” Trust us, we’re just as excited for you to slay your new goodies, which is why we work hard to ship orders out as quickly as possible

 🗓️ Shipping & Holiday Schedule

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.
Our team, warehouse, and couriers are unavailable during the following holidays:
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Orders placed on or after these dates will be processed the next business day

During peak seasons or holiday rushes, please allow extra time for delivery to avoid any disappointment. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

 ⏳ Pre-Order Items

 Items marked as pre-order may take 1–4 weeks to ship.
If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.
If you'd like to split the shipment, feel free to email us at support@marilynlane.com to make arrangements.

Pre-order dates listed on product pages are approximate and subject to change.

🧾 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

1. File a claim with USPS.
2. Submit a police report if you suspect theft.
3. Wait for USPS to complete their investigation — once completed, we will review and determine if reshipment is possible.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notes:

Once a tracking number is issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an item needs to be returned to us due to incorrect address or non-delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
